Navigo’s implementation process is efficient & hassle free. With our proven track history of successful implementations, you won’t need to worry about a thing. Your implementation will be lead by the Navigo Head of Customer Success and an experienced Technical Consultant, who will both assist you throughout the process to ensure your business gets the most out of the platform.
Introductions & Project Kickoff
The org.manager project kickoff session gives both Navigo and your organisation the opportunity to discuss the upcoming org.manager implementation in detail. During the session, we will run through a set of questions to ensure we understand your ultimate outcomes, business requirements and technical environment.
Some important elements of this discovery session include:
Meeting with the project team so we can understand your organisation better and you get an idea as to how we work collaboratively with our customers.
Documenting your business and HR strategic needs. We will recap your pain points and drivers, as well as the expected objectives and opportunities that will be the focus of the project.
Give you a solid understanding of what to expect during implementation, who is accountable for what and when.
Providing you with a chart portfolio that can be configurable based on your needs - we will ask you to provide details about design elements, company logo, branding guidelines etc. to ensure the org charts truly reflect your organisation.
Planning and Scheduling
The project plan and schedule lists all actions that will need to be completed, by whom and by when to ensure we meet your go live deadlines. Implementation is broken down into phases as an effective, agile approach:

HRIS to org.manager data feed setup
Security, Authentication & Single Sign On
Design requirements (style guides, logos etc)
Using your feedback from the kickoff session, we’ll ensure org.manager is configured to your requirements and take care of integrating your data into org.manager
Whether your data is on paper, excel or hidden across a range systems, we will organise, upload and automate your data feed into org.manager.
Complete chart design based on your needs and create initial set of charts.
We always look at the platform from the ‘employee experience’ perspective, so that you can provide your staff with a system they will love and use.
With the build now complete, the platform is ready for testing. You will be to able see how your new system and processes work for your staff before it goes live, giving you plenty of opportunity to refine or add anything. We will provide you with a ‘Customer Test Plan’ that you can use while testing org.manager. This phase consists of four stages:
Deploy to UAT
UAT feedback provided to Navigo
Deploy to production

org.manager User Training
Generic charts - a simple gif slide can be all that is required when deploying the employee chart across your organisation.
HR charts, dashboards and modelling - we deliver training onsite or remote to the teams using the advanced functionality of org.manager. For larger teams, train the trainer is the best approach.
org.manager Administrator Training
As part of support, our technical team cover all aspects of the Administrator functions for org.manager. However, if your IT teams want a general understanding of how security, authentication and even a basic understanding of data feed and chart creation works, we are happy to organise an Administrator training session with them.
We work proactively with you to ensure continual improvements and deployment of your org.manager environment. Whether its simply adding in a new chart or beginning a large restructure, we will continue to consult with you to ensure you are using all the latest features and functionality org.manager provides, to support your ongoing business needs and changes.
